What is Smooth Expense?

Simple app to log expenses

Smooth Expense is a cloud-based mobile app for small businesses to record their expenses. This simple app cuts down the steps that are required to log an expense. Logged expense record can be exported as CSV or PDF to be sent to an accountant for further analysis. Or it can be sent to the line manager for expense approval on behalf of the company.

Sign up process will address the following criteria

  1. Language
  2. Country 
  3. Currency 
  4. Sole Trader/ Ltd Co. selection
  5. Name
  6. Email address
  7. Business category
  8. County/State selection
  9. Postal code/Zip

Create new expense

This will address the following:

  1. Payment method
  2. Expense date
  3. Currency 
  4. Expense category
  5. Vendor (opt)
  6. Notes
  7. Attachment
  8. Expense list

This can be done during the sign-up process or user can go to the settings > Profile and upload a logo after sign-up is complete

Subscription method

User has two subscription choice after 30 days of the free trial period, £1.49/month or £9.99/year or equivalent to U.S dollar

The user simply needs to click on the subscribe button on the slide menu and follow the onscreen process.

The price of the app will change as per user’s PLayStore account, e.g. in the US, the price will be $1.99/month or $14.99/pa compared to £1.49/m in and £9.99 in the UK
